We provided complete MEP and fire protection design services for this four-story medical office building. The initial construction consisted of the building Core & Shell with an outpatient surgery center, a rehab/physical therapy suite and an imaging suite buildout of the first floor. Tenant fitouts for the upper three floors consisted of various outpatient clinics/doctor suites.
