EMA provided a report with findings and recommendations for Owner's review. This included, providing a new VRF system with dedicated outside air, and replacing existing electrical gear (MSB and distribution panels) to meet current electrical codes. Based on Owner’s selection, EMA provided design for a new HVAC system, assisted with project phasing and the bidding process, including evaluation of bids, and provided Construction Administration services through project closeout.
