Job Summary:

The Consulting Client Manager is responsible for ensuring the success of consulting services within their respective region. This includes managing client relationships and projects. Success is determined by the region’s adherence to the company’s core values, achievements of performance goals, and the overall quality of products and services.

Responsibilities:

The Client Manager’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients
• Ensuring timely delivery of projects
• Coordinating daily operations with Project Managers and support team personnel
• Upholding EMA standards and core values within the team and project deliverables
• Directly interacting with clients for SOLVE projects, including OAC meetings and site visits
• Establishing regular meetings with owners and architects to gather feedback on project services
• Collaborating with the Production and SOLVE department for effective regional cooperation and understanding owner requirements/preferences on specific projects
• Coordinating with the business development team to identify new opportunities

• Performing other assigned tasks

Education:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience in project management and design.
